TTS Fantasy Football League Rules

(updated 07/10/22)

Draft

All 10 teams in the league will participate in the draft.  All fees must be paid before the draft begins.  Owner of the team is responsible for drafting their own team. If an owner for emergencies purposes cannot draft there team it is their responsibility to find a replacement. If this is the case the owner must notify the Commissioner as soon as this happens. If the owner who cannot attend cannot find a replacement the Commissioner will draft. If the owner who is not present gives no draft strategy to the commissioner two years in a row that owner will be dismissed.
Each team will draft until their roster contains 15 players.  Players will be drafted and played at the position listed
first on his NFL roster.  Each owner will be responsible for having enough players at each position to field a team
each week.
Draft day will be held generally the Tuesday before Labor Day.
The draft order is determined by the draw after the end of the season.
The draw for draft order for the next season will be completed after the season.
Rounds 1 and 2 will be based on the draw completed after the end of the season.
Round 2 will be the reverse of Round 1.
The draft position for the odd numbered rounds will be drawn randomly with a separate draw for each odd
numbered round.  The even numbered rounds will be the reverse order of the preceeding round.
        Round 3  Draw for position.
Round 4  reverse of round 3.
        Round 5  Draw for position.
Round 6  reverse of round 5.
This pattern will be repeated until the draft is completed. Once the draft is completed if you draft a player that becomes injured you are out of luck until after week 1 when drop/adds commences.

Roster

The following positions will be recognized by the League.
        QB - Quarterback
        RB - Running Back
WR- Wide Receiver (includes Tight Ends)
        K  -  Kicker
        DT - Defensive Team
TB - The Backup players on your roster.

Line-up

Each team must submit a line-up of the following positions.  Line-ups must be submitted by 1:00 pm on Sunday if
there are no Thursday games.  If there is a Thursday game,  owners must submit players of Thursday game by game time; remainder of roster by game time of either Saturday or Sunday games.
Any team not submitting a line-up by the deadline will play the previous
week’s line-up.
        1- QB
        2- RB or 1 RB
        3- WR/TE or 4 WR/TE
        1- K
        1- DT
Note: If weather becomes an issue both owners will be involved on deciding what happens that particular week. Position players that will be used will be talked about or none at all.

NOTE : If an owner would not like to participate the next year he should let the commissioner know at the end of the season so the commissioner can find another owner by draft day.

Tiebreakers: If the week's contest ends in a tie between the two owners the winner will be decided by the total points of the backup players.

Starting Lineups

All starting lineups are the responsibility of the owner to have submitted by game time of that particular week.

Roster changes

Trades are unlimited but must be with a single team (no 3 way trades) No trades with future considerations involved. Once the draft order is picked and updated on the web page trading of picks can occur.
Roster changes can be made all season including the playoffs..  Rosters are not frozen after week 14.
Trading may start on draft day and anytime until Week 14 is completed.
Each team may Drop / Add 2 players per week. No exceptions!! The drop/add process will commence after week 1. No drop/adds prior to Week 1
Waiver Wire starts each week at 11:30 pm on Wednesday. After the waiver wire process runs first come/first serve will commence on Thursday morning.
Drops/Adds can be taken from Week 14 through Week 17.
Each playoff team may drop/add two players within each playoff week through the Super Bowl Week. Normal Regular season drop/add rules apply. Playoff drop/adds are first come first serve. They commence on Wednesday morning. No trades are allowed within the playoffs.   Any trade can be disallowed by the commissioner  if deemed unfair by any 4 owners not involved in the trade.

Rule Changes

Rule changes must be approved by a 2/3 majority vote of the owners voting on the change.
